Dora
The super-strong CNC artist
Dora is a true master of the CNC machine and is fascinated by the precision and accuracy involved in working as a CNC lathe operator. Nothing escapes her eye and her perfectionism – she conjures up high-precision parts for us and makes sure that every detail is just right. She enjoys continuously developing new skills in her field and finding creative solutions to technical challenges. Dora is a role model for all of us when it comes to striving for the highest quality and not giving up until everything is perfect. But it is her hobby that earns her our greatest respect: trail running is her sporting passion. With her physical and mental strength, she constantly challenges herself and overcomes all limits. Her determination, willpower and passion for both of these worlds are truly inspiring for all of us and motivate us every day.
Markus
The steady rock in the warehouse sector
It is impressive to see how Markus has had a firm grip on our warehouse management for almost two decades and how his level-headed competence ensures that everything runs smoothly. He has personally monitored all deliveries since 2006 and checks every delivery that passes through our workshop gate. Markus enjoys working independently, his very friendly working environment and his contact with our international partners and suppliers. As the calm spirit of our workshop, he never loses his nerve and is always on top of things, with any stress bouncing right off him. Everyone in the team benefits from this quality, as everyone can rest assured that if Markus does another recheck, it’s all OK. The native Tyrolean also keeps his nerve in his private life, as he is the father of two teenagers while also in the process of renovating his house. So there’s never a dull moment with Markus, and we’re not sure whether he sometimes sees working with us as a chance to relax.
Hannes
The all-knowing all-rounder
Hannes has been an indispensable part of our team for the past 20 years and is a true all-rounder whose knowledge and expertise are valuable assets to our team. The variety of different projects, the diverse requirements of our customers and the daily challenge of doing excellent work are what motivate him. Hannes sees these as opportunities for him to continuously develop, be creative and realise his full potential. However, an essential reason for his many years of loyalty to the company is also the solidarity of the team, with colleagues working, playing sports and celebrating together and real friendships developing over the years and decades. He is particularly pleased that nearly half of the employees have already completed their apprenticeship here and have stayed on. For him, it’s nice to see how the apprentices from back then have developed into the skilled workers of today. Hannes knows just about everything about the company and is regarded as the internal newsreader. But we for our part know that he plays a key role in keeping our unrivalled team spirit strong and we are proud that Hannes is part of our success story!
Gerhard
The heart and brain of the workshop
Gerhard has been the heart and brain of our production since 2008. We admire and appreciate him for his technical expertise and his ability to put together and support teams in the best possible way. Gerhard is not a man of many words, yet he manages to communicate between the departments in such a way that, at the end of each day, the high quality standards of each are met in full. For us, his ability to recognise the strengths and weaknesses of each individual team member makes him the “quiet sage” of the workshop. He gives his employees the freedom to work independently, thereby affording them the opportunity to develop, and this makes him an important part of a noticeably relaxed working atmosphere. We are grateful to have Gerhard in our team and look forward to working with him for many years to come to master the challenges of everyday work life as well as celebrate the successes of the future.
Jakob
The club champion of the M.A.L.
Jakob successfully completed his apprenticeship as a mechanical engineering technician with us this year, and, for him, staying part of our team was a natural decision. From the very first day of his apprenticeship, he was impressed by the variety of tasks and the opportunity to get involved hands-on right away. Jakob was particularly impressed by the mutual respect shared by all the colleagues, regardless of their position, and the appreciative way they interact with each other. But it is also a benefit for us to work with him: he is a real team player and is committed to achieving our shared goals at work and beyond. We are impressed by the many club activities that he puts his heart and soul into in his free time. Be it musically with a traditional music club, with the Landjugend youth club or in an athletic capacity with the SK Stojen football club. He knows what it means to show team spirit and commitment! With his open-minded, likeable personality, Jakob not only enriches his working environment, but also the social fabric of the company. We are proud to have him in our team and look forward to many more successful years of cooperation.
Christian
The rock star of M.A.L.
Christian is a true legend in our company. Starting his career with us as an apprentice mechanic, he has developed over the years into a real all-rounder and a consummate professional in burner construction. This year, we are celebrating his 30th anniversary with the company, which makes him our longest-serving team member. It is incredible how much he has achieved in this time: his colleagues treasure his wide range of experience and his constant, cool-headed overview of what is happening in the workshop. Apart from his commitment to the company, Christian has also been rocking the stage in his private life for a quarter of a century with his band “Raureif”. His passion for music is reflected in everything he does, whether at work or in his private life as a family man. His positive attitude, his commitment and his ability to motivate others make him a valuable member of our team. He is a true role model for us all: keep on rockin’, Christian!
Manfred
The easy-going machine whisperer
Manfred is a professional in the field of machining technology and we have been benefiting from his experience and expertise in milling for 10 years now. One can look far and wide for someone as good as he is on “his” machine – his great skill and precision portray an unmistakable mastery of his craft. Manfred’s colleagues know they can rely on him in every way and admire his team-orientated approach to finding solutions. With his tireless pursuit of excellence and his positive influence on the team, he is a real driving force behind our success. Manfred enjoys his freedom to work independently as well as the relaxed team atmosphere that encourages mutual support and assistance. But his exemplary commitment and positive attitude are not only indispensable for us: he has also been a dedicated grandfather for several years now and can pass on his wealth of experience and infectious cheerfulness to his two grandchildren.
Mathias
M.A.L.’s rising star
Mathias is currently a mechanical engineering technician apprentice in our company and infects us daily with his refreshing enthusiasm for the profession. For him, the advantages of an apprenticeship in a small company are obvious: with us, he has the opportunity to get a look at many different areas and can already master projects on his own starting on the second year of his apprenticeship. If he has any questions or needs help, he always has young colleagues, but also many seasoned staff who are happy to assist him. Because many of his teammates also started here as apprentices, they can empathise with his situation particularly well. This is not only inspiring, but also creates a very positive learning and working environment. Mathias is not only a rising star in our company, he is also celebrating success with his football team, SK Stojen. As deputy section head and second vice chairman of his club, he also proves his passion for his team off the pitch. Mathias is a talented and committed young man who gives his best every day! We are sure that he will pass his final apprenticeship exam next year with flying colours and are happy to give him all the support he needs along the way.
